OCC has started contacting member utilities to verify notification areas/mapping databases. OCC is also conducting a second round of testing with Kootenai County member utilities to check receiving site information and test for ticket receiving.
Excavators and member utilities were notified of the upcoming training November 3rd and 4th in Coeur D’Alene. If you are unable to attend the training but would like to learn more about processing locate requests online and other online tools send an email to [email protected].
Communications will be sent out using the current database of excavators and members. If you are not currently on this list but would like to sign up for these mailings, send an email to [email protected].
