The new partnership with Kootenai County Utilities Council (KCUC), Bonner Boundary Utility Coordinating Council (BBUCC) and One Call Concepts (OCC) started January 1, 2026.
All call center operations are now under Dig Safe North Idaho 811.

Using OCC’s state-of-the-art technology, Dig Safe North Idaho 811 provides industry-leading services to the underground facility operators and excavators in North Idaho. KCUC’s underground facility operators and excavators have been using OCC’s technology for almost four years. With the transition and addition of BBUCC the services stayed mostly the same with some added features and tools. KCUC is looking forward to the partnership with Bonner Boundary Utility Coordinating Council and continued collaboration with One Call Concepts.
